I have made a comic

Here is the ad for the comic.

stupid Mozilla… When I try looking at the images, I see this instead of the expected comic:

‰PNG
IHDR

Or maybe I should blame Angelfire instead? You know, because they suck and all that?

It might even be your computer. PNGs are fickle. Hang on while I try to upload the comic here…

It is Angelfire not having the correct MIME type for PNGs. I have yelled at Oblivion for this fact before.

Oddly enough, 30% of the people I showed this have no problems with the PNG. I am confused.

MIME types are usually configured in the browser…

What mime type associates with what program, or viewing, yes. But the MIME type itself is first sent to the browser. In the case of Angelfire, my theory is that it is not sending a MIME type of “image/png” but rather something like “text/plain”.

Mozilla obeys the MIME types exactly (which, though annoying, is a good thing). IE does some foolish trickery to see if it’s a png/gif/jpg anyway.

This is why the common practice of naming stuff on Geocities *.txt works in IE, but not Mozilla.

Oblivion, I don’t know if this is the kind of thing you’re taking a survey on, but I’m having no difficulty in viewing it. Well, no difficulty other than my mother’s wretched dial-up.

Then Mozilla is to blame.

I can view the image perfectly with my Aryan super-browser.

I prefer “uber-brausen.”

Wouldn’t it be “überbrauser”, with the r?

KBV ist sehr recht!

gasp Not because it obeys the actual standards!

I have made a new comic:

http://www.angelfire.com/anime2/Jamesakane/Notgoodz.html

Looks fine in Opera…

See, that is why it is better to have an extra spleen.

I now have five kidneys. And three hearts!

HAY LOOK ANGELFIRE STILL HATES STANDARDS

I am torn between the urge to laugh at you and the urge to make your character into a tutu-wearing chicken.

I will compromise by uploading the comic here:
