It’s a Bubble Bobble level editor. Everyone enjoys Bubble Bobble! If you don’t know what it is, then you still enjoy this happy-fun NES game! The zip file contains the program, a help file, and a rom file.

It requres the <a href=“http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&DisplayLang=en” target=_blank>.NET Framework</a> so you should probably download that first if you do not have it.

Edit some levels, test them with an emulator, report any horrible mistakes I made, etc.

Also, I WILL BE AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND SO ALL OF YOU WILL BE SAD actually I just won’t be able to view any comments until Sunday ok.

Bubble Bobble is a game made from the nightmares of a screaming mental patient who was traumatized by satanic cultists as a child. It’s a terror so incredibly sadistic and terrifying as to drive men mad just to look upon it! To actually play it, and worse yet, to beat it, requires a pact with the devil and the cost of your soul and the souls of those you love.

So uh, neat level editor. But, why can’t I view the proper lvl 100? I want to make it so it contains not one giant whale thing, but six!

Ah geez, the program might be looking for the .net framework. I’ll have to look into that one.

EDIT: It does need the framework. <a href=“http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&DisplayLang=en” target=_blank>download</a> it if you wish, it’s only 23 megs.

Someone’s been playing level 57.

I’ve yet to find the code for the giant guy. There isn’t a list of enemies after level 113 in the code like the other levels.
