I believe there was only one (?) Neo Geo emulator that produced sound, and it is long gone.

If we speak of NeoPoCott, I know that it doesn’t have sound (last I checked)

Yes. Hey, the sound thing isn’t so bad, but mine cuts off part of the screen, like so.

Before I left NAPALM, and they basically died, they started with NGP emulation. It’s probably still there, in one of the member’s sites:
