I have just been pranked by a Mr Terry Pratchett!

It all started this morning when I decided to go visit the fine city of Edinburgh (Since where I stay has awful shops so I go there to buy music and games and stuff), anyway on the bus they have a free newspaper full of local news, after reading (Skimming) through a lot of the pages I came to the Judge Dread comic and to my great suprise on the opposite page it read TERRY PRATCHETT APPEARING AT 1 PM TODAY!, for those who don’t know who he is, he is the greatest comedy/fantasy author ever, well, he is my favorite author anyhow.

Back to the story it was 12am which left plenty of time for me to get to this book signing so I tore of the page that had details (so I could find the place), anyhow fast forward a bit though since this isn’t incredibly interesting, I arrived there and found out it was a book signing of his new book he was doing so I bought the book and after waiting for 20 minutes the store attendent gave everyone little sticky bookmarks and wrote the name which you wanted written on the book and put it in the page he signs to speed things along, so I gave her my first and second name since I thought it would be more personal.

Anyway when I got to finally speak to him he asked me who I wanted it signed to and I told him my name (Mark Mackenzie), so he started to sign it and had got my first done and had started on my second name when he suddenly stopped and said “That last name is spelt M-c right?” which I replied “No it’s M-a-c but thats alright since most people spell it wrong anyhow (Mc is the more popular way of spelling it)” and then he noticed the bookmark and went “Yesssssss”, so he changed the c to an a and took the book back and finished signing it and gave me it back with a cheerful smile and I got hurried along by the store manager, but when I got outside I opened it and saw:

       To
       Mark Macckennzie

Read it and Reap...(Doodle of a huge awesome Scythe, which for people who don't read his books is what the character "Death" (The Grim Reaper) carries around with him.)

       Terry Pratchett

       Moral of the story:
Terry Pratchett is awesome and you should go out and buy all his books.

But seriously if you haven’t read any of his books you should go read Guards Guards or something, he is a really good author.

So you now have Going Postal I assume. This is good.

pix plz?

Yes and its pretty nifty so far.

Ok, as soon as I get my scanner working.
