1. Right click and save it somewhere on your computer (As a .gif file)

2. Right click on your desktop and select properties

3. After that select desktop

4. Click on the browse button and find the picture

5. Select tile from position

6. Click apply

7. Enjoy the animated trotsky orb background goodness!
