We are more or less agreed. While I’m not certain that Fox is a “voice on the right” in any strict sense, its conservative bias works in much the same way as the liberal bias in most of the other news channels (talk radio aside) - i.e., the reporters, anchors, decision-makers are all liberal and unconsciously choose what to present, how to present it, etc. There is most certainly no unified voice.
Ooh, media bias in the flesh!
On the NBC Nightly News this evening, Tom Brokaw reminded us that this weekend marks the 50th anniversary of “…the Korean War, which President Truman tried to call a police action. But it was actually a cold, brutal war against Chinese and North Korean soldiers on the Korean peninsula.”
Umm…
Our local news had something on that. It was the first time I’ve ever heard the emphasis in “armistice” placed on the second syllable.
Like ar-MIS-stice? Weird…
What? Brokaw is a feeb of the highest calibre. Brutal war my ass. Those fuckers started the whole thing.
